Garlic Parmesan Mashed Potatoes 2 lbs gold potatoes 1 cup sour cream (ranch) 1 pint heavy whipping cream 2 cups shredded Parmesan cheese Badia complete seasoning Garlic and herb butter (1 stick) Minced garlic (2 tbsp) Parsley (optional) Boil your potatoes until tender.
