Here is my #1 secret for college success: get comfortable being uncomfortable. You can (and should) start practicing this RIGHT NOW. Go and do those things that intimidate you or make you a little bit anxious. Start asking questions in class or talking to your teachers after class. Go make a new friend at school. Learn a new recipe for a meal you could make in a dorm room. Schedule your own doctor or dentist appointments! There are so many things that will make you uncomfortable in college. Star
