this was supposed to show the same running cadence (180 steps per minute) at speeds from 8 min/mile (4:58 min/km) to 12 min/mile (7:27 min/km). But I have no rhythm whatsoever so there is a bit of variance. Basically this is a lesson in running cadence. Same cadence (steps per minute). Cadence does not equal speed or mean run fast. Speed is cadence combined with a longer stride length. Basically: speed = cadence x stride length. You’ll notice that in the video. A higher cadence encourages shorte
