I really did not want to workout today lol I was exhausted but Another day another workout because WE HAVE GOALS! It’s been a week since I’ve been able to do this! I deal with horrible cycles 😩 Today I did 25 mins of different kettlebell workouts. Tbh I just skip through videos to find ones I can do. I bought the kettlebell from 5 below YALL for $5 lol it’s a 10lb weight! I highly recommend grabbing one! It’s been fun! I can’t wait to take photos at the end of the month & weigh in! | Shannon Ni
