This collection is also called skip-the-line. You will receive a notification in Libby when a Best Bets copy is available for an ebook or audiobook you have on hold.

When a "skip the line" copy is available, the notification will be sent to anyone who's got the book on hold (and possibly others) who happens to be in Libby at that time.
