(WSAW) - The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources is asking landowners to be aware of an invasive species that has been detected in Michigan. Hemlock woolly adelgid target hemlock and fir trees.

LEELANAU COUNTY, Mich., (WPBN/WGTU) -- The Michigan Department of Agriculture and Rural Development has issued a report verifying a new detection of invasive hemlock woolly adelgid in Leelanau County.
