Frankenmuth, which draws 3 million visitors annually, is balancing tradition with attracting younger tourists. Longstanding family businesses like Zehnder’s and Bavarian Inn are expanding, while a new facility led by the Frankenmuth Convention & Visitors Bureau — a $30 million indoor sports complex planned for 2027 — aims to draw more visitors.
