WILMINGTON, N.C. (WECT) - All North Carolina Department of Transportation traffic signals across the state will soon flash red in the event of a malfunction, the NCDOT announced Friday, May 10.
Traffic signal at FM 156 and John Wiley Road now functions normally after adjustments, with the Justin Police Department advising continued caution.
