Roblox servers, the roblox servers are either not in a good location or low tier servers are running your game. There is a chance but it is small, check studio’s and reread your code some code might be corrupted, viruses, or too much memory, which also can create 277.

Error 277 is an internet issue, im used to it but the timing on that was too perfect, maybe it IS a coincidence and im overthinking it but I need to know, just WHAT is “zsigncapturemetadata”? Is there any new loophole within the ROBLOX coding that exploiters can take advantage of? Is my data in actual danger or nah?
Starting today, a lot of my players are reporting that their servers are repeatedly crashing. We haven’t done anything to update the game. They report error code 277.

Hello, Recently in the last few weeks my roblox game has been having random events where players are getting Error Code 277. The server itself isnt crashing but rather half the server is disconnecting.
If I recall correctly, Roblox will automatically disconnect all clients if it reaches a certain threshold (Typically EC:277 or EC: 279). It may be in your best interest to optimize the game. If you think it may be related to the building, then try using StreamingEnabled, it may solve your problem a bit.
The logs indicate a network connectivity issue, which is the reason you are seeing disconnection with error code 277. It would be a good idea to check your network connectivity when this happens next time.
plus why could I not play my own games? I am going to publish a new game blank template , now (after enrolling in the program) and see if I can just get into it via play EDIT update: I published a new baseplate, with nothing in it , try to play it and get the error: So there is still an issue.
Upload speed: 26 Mbps > 46 Mbps. But now I get the exact same issue I used to get, getting kicked from any Roblox game for internet connection, which also entirely kills my internet connection. I don’t understand, it’s either I have bad internet speed, but be able to play Roblox or have good internet speed, but not being able to play Roblox?
