"First, I want to say, the work they did was good. However, the salesperson lied to me. I dropped off my Jeep on a Thursday, and they were going to work on it the next day. I rented a car because I live an hour and half away. I was just killing time on Friday, and they called me after only 4 hours of working on it. I was told it was an 8-hour job. I was happy and said you got that done really quickly! I offered no other information. They salesperson said yes, we started on it yesterday that is why it was done so quickly. Now I have cameras on my Jeep and know they did not drive it into the shop until right before they closed. I arrived to pick up my jeep and said, so they worked on it yesterday? He said yes. I told him I know that is a lie, because I have cameras that tell me whenever the jeep is moved or touched. He was like a deer in headlights. He stumbled with his words and said, "well we have two guys that worked on it today, so that equals 8 hours of labor" Not once did I complain about the cost. So, he offered all this information on his own. I then asked if they checked the breaks because they offered to check them and let me know if i needed new ones. He said he didn't know and walked to the back to check with the mechanic. I was told they did not check them, but when they drove it and thought it was okay.\nI would go on BBB and post this, but they are not on there. Why is a national company not on the BBB?\nAgain, the work was good, but I don't appreciate being lied to! What else did they not do? I did have someone else check that they did the work properly. But I don't understand why the salesperson didn't just say, yes, we got it done quicker because we have 2 people in today? Is it because they are charging was to many hours for the work being done??? \nAlso, the manager was at the desk next to him and offered no apologies or even got into the conversation. He just sat there!\nI would have gone back to them for other work, but I will not now!"
Regarding potential problems with the 2025 Jeep Wrangler and tire/lift considerations: There are no widespread, known issues specific to the 2025 model, although some have reported O2 sensor and ECM problems with the 2024 JLUR, potentially linked to a software issue. The manual transmission's clutch has been noted as potentially problematic.
Overall, we gave the Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited 5 stars, because after researching the vehicle we knew exactly what we were buying. And, my daughter is extremely happy with it. She has a beautiful, safe, reliable and rugged mid-size SUV. No vehicles are cheap these days. The MSRP was $49,810. We received $5,401.12 (unusual number) in rebates.

Why your steering wanders or seems loose One of the biggest issues with Jeeps and a topic that almost repeats itself in a new thread each week is "wandering or loose steering". As a forum contributor on JeepForum for close to 5 years now, I see it over and over. I'll first volunteer that...
Some early leaks about the 2026 Wrangler are out there now. Here's what is being reported? * More Precise Steering: The 2026 Wrangler will have a more precise on-center feel, recalibrated steering rack, and mechanical and electronic enhancements. * Improved Sound Insulation: The 2026...
A tool I like to use to give me a definitive answer about what, exactly, a jeep I'm buying (or have bought) has (or had) as standard equipment is the Chrysler Equipment Listing Online service. If you are new, and would like the facts about your jeep to help fill in your profile, this a great way...
Looking into getting a gladiator within the next 6 months or so. Mostly looking at used but who knows. May eventually want to tow a small camper less than 20 ft long. Has anyone done this? What are the real world limits a gladiator can safely tow? Thanks
Howdy! Of course I've seen the huuge thread about the "service 4wd system" but I'm having a hard time figuring out if there's been a solid fix, I.e replacing the transfer case actuator motor, or if I am having another issue altogether. I replaced my wheel speed sensors last week. I was getting...
Jeep Wrangler (JL) has been plagued with all sorts of electronic and electrical problems since the vehicle launched in 2018. The vast majority of problems can be traced to the dual-battery setup: as the auxiliary battery starts to weaken, sometimes as soon as the customer drives the vehicle off...
